The Reno River Festival’s Music Festival Presented by Custom Ink

INTRODUCING THE BIGGEST LINEUP IN RIVER FESTIVAL HISTORY

Summer is synonymous with music and so is the Reno River Festival. Free to the public, we will continue to push the envelop on our budget to enhance our music lineup. Each year, we book 7-8 acts with a different headliner for each day of the festival. Since 2014, the music lineup has featured CMA award winning artist Old Dominion and chart topping artists such as Drake White and the Big Fire, Brooke Eden, Clare Dunn, American Young, Jackson Michelson and more. Each artist has had multiple hits on country music radio and have toured with major country music stars such as Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Zach Brown Band and Tim Mcgraw.

In 2018, we are working toward securing the event’s most significant and recognizable headliners to date. Through our partnerships we will continue to grow and develop this element of the Reno River Festival into the most anticipated activity of the weekend.

Keep checking back for this year’s lineup and music samples.

SATURDAY’S
RENO RIVER ROLL BAND

THE ISLAND OF BLACK AND WHITE

DETAILS

On Stage:  Saturday May 12th  (11:30am – 1pm)

Founded in the foothills of El Dorado… Their music is a sweet, humble yet raw blend of acoustic rock, funky reggae, and soulful blues. It is a mixture like no other. The duo, sometimes trio, and quintet, exerts high energy performances while traveling and frequenting local and out of town venues, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, music festivals and various events. The unique sound of Island of Black and White today captures the attention of those young and old: with Chris Haislet on guitar, keyboard, accordion, melodica, flute and vocals, and Nawal Alwareeth on drums and vocals. It is apparent for anyone watching, that the band shares an immense love for music. Not only does the band enjoy playing, but their incredible performances engage all who listen; and the energy is shared with the entire crowd.
